Essling Capital, an independent company specializing in Private Equity, is strengthening its team to support the development of its Co-Investment activity and increase its international presence. Arnaud LIPKOWICZ joins as Partner of Essling Capital and Head of the Co-Investment activity, which has existed since the company’s inception.
Arnaud LIPKOWICZ has more than 20 years of experience in private equity in Europe and North America, mainly in primary, secondary and co-investment activities. Prior to joining Essling Capital, Arnaud LIPKOWICZ was a Managing Director of GCM Grosvenor’s Global Private Markets business (c.US$30 billion of assets under management), a member of its Private Markets Global Investment Committee and Head of the EMEA business.
During his career, Arnaud LIPKOWICZ was instrumental in the creation and launch of various Private Equity activities at Axa IM and LCF Rothschild. From 2007, he set up and developed the European operations of Credit Suisse’s Customized Fund Investment Group (CFIG), before its merger with GCM Grosvenor in 2014.

Essling Capital has developed its Private Equity investment solutions with a global co-investment program (“Essling Co-Invest”) as well as a Small & Lower-Mid Cap direct investment program for High-Growth companies in the digital, software, healthcare and B2B services sectors (“Essling Expansion”).
